Our business hours are listed below. All pet drop-offs and pick-ups must take place during business hours.

Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM | 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Saturday*: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM | Pet drop-off and pick-up hours are 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Sunday*: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM | Pet drop-off and pick-up hours are 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM

*On weekends, staff are onsite beyond posted business hours in the morning and evening to care for animals. All pet drop-offs and pick-ups must take place during business hours, as outlined above. Special arrangements for drop-offs and pick-ups outside of normal business hours will incur an additional $45 after hours fee per animal.
